We ask everyone to bring socks along for hygiene reasons. Grippy soles are best, and we stock a big range in the Studio.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash - eftpos and credit card payments will be available soon.

Please ensure your payments are made prior to attending the class.

We provide small group classes and limit the size of each class to a maximum of 4 people. When your payment is received your desired session is secured for you. If for any reason you need to cancel your class, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice .
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given you are very welcome to come along to another class within the following 6 days of the date of cancellation so that you do not lose your session. Please note, this is subject to availability, and if none of the available classes are suitable to you then the class in question will be forfeited. Please note - this is industry standard practice.
